  中医药古籍《内经》提到人体有三宝:精、气、神。精足则气充,气充则神旺。反之,气弱则神伤,精神容易不济,情绪也大受影响。夏季人要学会养精蓄锐,养好自己的精、气、神,这样才能让身体更健康。

  1、该睡就睡,不熬夜。

  中医师认为,经常作息颠倒、长期熬夜的人,通常缺乏精气。因为11点至凌晨1点,是脏腑气血流动的时间,这段时间,血回流到肝脏准备储存精气(能量),如果不睡,等于强迫肝继续分解工作,能量无法被贮藏,会造成肝盛阴虚,阴阳失和,肝火上升,气虚体弱。
