  2、经常吃鱼

  吃鱼对心脏病的护理极为有益,这是因为鱼类中普遍含有一种特殊不饱和脂肪酸-22碳6-烯酸。新近发现,鱼肉中还含有另一种叫W-3脂肪酸的不饱和脂肪成分,是心脏病的保护神。只要每天平均吃上30克-50克鱼,则可使人患心脏病的危险减少一半。
