  解答:现在天气冷了,每天晚餐可以饮用温黄酒50毫升。另外炖汤、熬粥可以加一些红枣、桂圆、老姜;如果血色素偏低的话,也可以适量多吃一些红色肉类或动物内脏,帮助补充血红素铁,让血液的携氧量增加;低血糖、低血压患者需要严格控制盐,不能因为血压低就放开了吃盐,这样会诱发其他健康问题。不宜过多饮酒、吸烟,不宜吃油腻厚味食物;血糖在正常值下限问题不大,但是总低于下限的情况下需要让医生给找出病因,再针对性治疗。
