  长期从事脑力劳动而又缺少运动的人,多按摩肾俞穴,可解除乏力、疲劳等不适。肾俞穴位于腰部,在与肚脐同一水平线的脊椎左右两侧两指宽处。

  做法是:双掌摩擦至热后,将掌心贴于肾俞穴,如此反复3~5分钟;或直接用手指按揉肾俞穴,直至出现酸胀感,且腰部微微发热。此方法对中老年人的养生也大有帮助。
