  据《中国老年》报道,不少老人被尿频困扰。中国中医科学院西苑医院李春生教授建议,老人不妨常练甩手功。

  具体做法:头正身直,双手自然下垂,两脚分开,与肩同宽,两眼平视,自然呼吸。然后两手同时向前、向后甩动,身体也要随着双手自然前后摆动。向后甩时,脚趾同时要用力抓地,力要发于腰,作用于手,落于脚跟,人的重心要随身体的摆动而在脚底前后移动。
