  春节将至,宴会聚餐总免不了要喝几杯。但酒精摄入过多会对胃肠及肝脏造成损伤,特别是空腹喝酒。喝酒前先吃点东西“垫底”可以降低酒精对人体的伤害,减少脂肪肝的发生;但吃什么也有讲究。

  首先,喝酒时,最好不吃油炸和刺激性食物,否则会加重肠胃负担,可能引起肠胃出血。因此,也千万不要用浓茶、咖啡等刺激性饮品解酒。

  其次,切忌用咸鱼、香肠、腊肉等烟熏食品下酒,这样容易诱发肠道疾病。吃海鲜,尽量少喝啤酒,否则容易引发痛风。

  最后,喝酒不要一饮而尽,最好边吃菜边喝。酒前“垫底”,宜选新鲜蔬菜和淀粉类主食,还可喝些米汤、绿豆汤、酸奶,都有保护胃黏膜的作用。▲
