  交叉搓摩法:两脚心相对,双手搓热,用热手掌交叉搓摩脚心,以脚心发热为宜,可于每天早晨起床后和晚上临睡前各进行1次。

  定向搓摩法:用中指或食指指端,从脚心向脚趾方向按摩,每次按摩150下,每隔3天加50下,最后加至500下。
