    前列腺是男性的主要附属性腺,是疾病攻击的“重灾”区。而前列腺炎患者通过适当饮水,规律排尿能有效缓解症状。高浓度的尿液会对前列腺产生较多的刺激,应多喝水以稀释尿液,多排尿,将细菌毒素冲淡,促进体内垃圾排放。中国中医科学院西苑医院老年病中心刘征堂副主任指出,患者每天应喝水1—2升,具体的饮水方法有一个“时间表”:

    7:00 经过一夜睡眠,身体缺水,起床后喝250毫升温水,可帮助肾脏排毒;

    8:30—9:00、11:00—11:30,经过工作、健身等活动,身体流失了水分,此时补充流失的水分,还能缓解紧张的情绪,应各饮250毫升水;

    13:00左右,或午餐半小时后,喝些温水,促进消化功能;

    15:00左右,喝些水或茶,还有助于提神;

    18:00或晚餐前喝些水,有助于消化;

    22:00前,即睡前1小时喝少量的温水,避免睡眠长时间的缺水。
