  随着年岁的增长,渐渐感到自己的视力慢慢减退,实为苦恼。为了减缓视力减退的脚步,我积极采取了一系列措施,效果颇佳。

  一是按摩法。每天按摩太阳、四白、晴明和风池等穴两次,每次每个穴位按摩5分钟;然后再用双手掌鱼际部分分别压揉左右眼眶,沿着太阳穴压揉,经耳轮上方直至脑后。

  二是转眼球。坐在床上或椅上,双目向左转3圈后,平视前方片刻(默数5下),双目再向右转3圈,平视前方片刻。每日早晚转两次,日久坚持。

  三是热敷毛巾。每天清晨洗脸时,用半干不湿的热毛巾敷于前额和双眼,眼睛轻闭,头稍仰,毛巾凉后再重新更换,持续一分钟,长期坚持。

  四是常喝枸杞菊花茶。用宁夏产枸杞加杭菊花、绿茶沏水喝,枸杞适量多些,泡开后将枸杞吃了。

  这些措施让我的视力慢慢恢复了,心灵的窗户越来越明亮。
